Return & Exchange Policy
Miraco Carpets takes pride in the quality of its products. Please note:
• No Returns: Carpets cannot be returned unless received as a defective product. Standard returns are not accepted for non-defective items, including all categories such as Traditional, Modern, Contemporary, Wool, Pure Silk, Tencel, Bamboo Silk, Kashmiri, Persian, Turkish, Gwalior, Afghan, Jaipur, Bhadohi, Hand Knotted, Hand Tufted, or Hand Woven Carpets.
• Defective Carpets: If a defective product is received, customers should contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. Our team will review and verify the defect. If confirmed, return shipping details will be provided.
• Exchanges: All carpets are eligible for exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, in original condition, and with proper packaging. Exchanges will only be processed post verification.
Refund Policy
• Refunds for Defective Carpets: Once a defective product’s return is received and verified, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
• No Refunds for Non-Defective: Refunds are not available for non-defective items, including change-of-mind, wrong size, or color preference.
• Refund Processing: Customers will receive confirmation of refund initiation, and timing may vary based on payment channel or banking providers.
