All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) for domestic sales and in USD (United States Dollars) or equivalent for international sales.

Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order through our secure payment gateways. - Delivery & Shipping
Domestic Orders (India): Delivery within 4–5 working days from the date of order confirmation.
International Orders: Delivery within 5–6 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address, logistics partner, and unforeseen circumstances.
- Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
6.1 Return Policy
We follow a No Return Policy for all carpets except in cases of defective or damaged products.
If you receive a defective carpet, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proper images/videos.
Our team will verify the defect. Upon approval, you may return the product.
6.2 Refund Policy
Once the defective product is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original mode of payment.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
6.3 Exchange Policy
All carpets are eligible for exchange within 7 days of purchase, subject to product availability and condition.
The carpet must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
